By creating an account, signing in with a one-time code (OTP), or using the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Ruhvo and delete the app from your device.

We may update these terms as the product evolves, laws change, or new features are added. Material updates will be published in the app or on our website. Continued use of Ruhvo after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Ruhvo helps you log meals, track calories, protein, fat, carbohydrates, weight, daily streaks, and progress toward your goals.

The app may include manual food logging, product search, an AI label scanner, integrations with Apple HealthKit, Health Connect and compatible smart scales, push reminders, achievements, and friend-based social features.

Some features depend on internet access, device permissions, third-party platforms, and external services such as Google Cloud Vision, Firebase, Sentry, PostHog, and Resend.

Ruhvo is not a medical, clinical, or dietetic service. Nutrition, activity, weight, and progress information is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for advice from a physician, dietitian, nutritionist, or other qualified professional.

Some features may require an account. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping your email address current and protecting access to your email account.

You must not share account access, create accounts on behalf of others, or use another person's account without permission.

You are responsible for activity under your account where it results from your breach of these terms or failure to protect access to your email.

Streaks, achievements, rankings, and other gamified elements are motivational features only. They have no monetary value and cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred, or compensated.

Streaks are calculated automatically based on in-app activity, including food logs and conditions set within the product. Streak algorithms may change as Ruhvo evolves.

We may correct, recalculate, or reset streaks and achievements in cases of technical errors, abuse, manipulation, terms violations, or device-related inaccuracies.

Social features show your display name, streak data, and achievements only to people you add or accept in the app. You agree to interact respectfully and not use social features for spam, harassment, or abusive behavior.

You agree to use Ruhvo only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not hack, overload, vulnerability-scan, disrupt, or interfere with the app, servers, APIs, analytics, notifications, or infrastructure.

You must not use bots, scripts, automated tools, scraping, restriction bypassing, reverse engineering, decompilation, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to data.

You must not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or rights-infringing content, or use the AI scanner for purposes unrelated to nutrition label extraction.

You must not impersonate another person, Ruhvo staff, or a representative of any third party.

You retain ownership of the data you enter into Ruhvo, including food logs, body metrics, goals, display name, and other user-provided data.

By using the app, you grant us a limited right to process that data solely to operate the service: macro calculations, streaks, progress, recommendations, syncing, notifications, support, and security.

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy conflict on data processing matters, the Privacy Policy controls.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide. Incorrect food, weight, goal, or activity entries may lead to inaccurate calculations and recommendations.

Ruhvo, including its name, logo, design, interface, text, visual elements, software code, and product structure, is owned by Ruhvo or its licensors and protected by applicable law.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for personal purposes in accordance with these terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reproduce, or create derivative products based on Ruhvo without our written permission.

Food databases, nutritional values, third-party SDKs, and integrations may be governed by the terms of their respective providers.

Some Ruhvo features may be free, while others may be paid or subscription-based. Payment, trial, and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase in the app or app store.

Payments, refunds, and subscription cancellations may be handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, or another payment provider. In those cases, the relevant platform rules apply.

We may change, add, remove, or temporarily limit features for maintenance, updates, security, or bug fixes.

We aim to keep Ruhvo reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, delay-free, or error-free availability.

Ruhvo does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace professional medical advice.

The AI label scanner, macro calculations, goals, recommendations, activity data, and product nutrition information may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

Before changing your diet, losing weight, starting intense exercise, or using the app with medical conditions, pregnancy, eating disorders, allergies, or special dietary needs, consult a qualified professional.

You make your own decisions regarding health, nutrition, and lifestyle and are responsible for the consequences of those decisions.

Ruhvo is provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or meeting your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of data, profits, reputation, progress, streaks, or expected results.

Where applicable law does not allow full exclusion of liability, our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for Ruhvo during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using Ruhvo and delete your account at any time through the app settings.

We may temporarily restrict, suspend, or terminate account access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, interfere with the service, or use the app in bad faith.

After account deletion, your right to use the app ends. Personal data is deleted according to the timeframes and process described in the Privacy Policy.

Some technical records may be retained for a limited period where necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or dispute resolution.

Ruhvo is not intended for children under 13.

If you are 13 to 15 years old, you may use Ruhvo only with consent from a parent or legal guardian.

If we learn that an account was created by a child under 13, we will delete the account and associated data according to the Privacy Policy.
